Continuing from the 107-1 school year, the CELT will hold a total of 9 professional development communities for General English. The teachers lecturing General English will be invited to demonstrate their teaching and share their experience to enhance the teaching performance. In addition, the Whole English Teaching Research Community for Elementary School will be established this semester, and this will be the 10th community. |

Value-added adaptability empowerment |
The CELT plans to hold on-campus English contests combining the General English courses and various language contests, which would be conducted either as speech contests, singing contests or reading contests. It is scheduled to be held from June to December of 2019, and students from freshmen to juniors are encouraged to participate. |

Through the contests, it is hoped to cultivate students’ international outlook, practice great composure on stage, improve English expression skills, and inspire students’ interests in learning English. |

The end-of-term presentation is scheduled to be held in June of the second semester of 107 school year. The teachers and students of General English L7 to L9 from freshmen to juniors will proceed their presentation with what they have learned. |

It is planned that the teachers and students of General English L7 to L9 from freshmen to juniors will have a joint exhibition this semester, which provides the opportunity for teachers and students to exchange their experiences. |
